Cement plant Mokrá

In 2009 we did reconstruction of linings in second kiln line in cement plant Mokrá.

Reconstruction has been done at these parts:

• Cyclone C1 – 2 pcs
• Cyclone C2 – ceiling, including flange
• Cyclone C3 – lower part- cone
• Cyclone C4 – upper cylindrical part, including ceiling and flange
• Channel K21
• Channel K43 –transition part with expansion joint
• Chute of raw material from C1, C3, C4
• Exchanger (KKN) + vírová komora + elbow of exchanger
• Calcinating chamber (SCC)
• Channel KKN – SCC
• Inlet chamber
• Cooling chamber, including connection to inlet chamber
• Tetriary airduct + NOx
• Kiln Hood
• Great cooler

Total weight of linings was 950 tons.
