Cement plant Mokrá
Year of realization: 2009
In 2009 we did reconstruction of linings in second kiln line in cement plant Mokrá.
Reconstruction has been done at these parts:
- Cyclone C1 – 2 pcs
- Cyclone C2 – ceiling, including flange
- Cyclone C3 – lower part- cone
- Cyclone C4 – upper cylindrical part, including ceiling and flange
- Channel K21
- Channel K43 –transition part with expansion joint
- Chute of raw material from C1, C3, C4
- Exchanger (KKN) + vírová komora + elbow of exchanger
- Calcinating chamber (SCC)
- Channel KKN – SCC
- Inlet chamber
- Cooling chamber, including connection to inlet chamber
- Tetriary airduct + NOx
- Kiln Hood
- Great cooler
Total weight of linings was 950 tons.
