Unit for hydrogen production - Nizhnekamsk, Russia

In 2009 we realized project for documentation and installation of linings for devices used for hydrogen production in a chemical factory in Russia.

There were two pairs of vessels - H201 and H202, each set is consisting of two cylindrical vessels, perpendicular connected to each other. Total weight of lining was 155 tons. Customer gave requirements for compositions of concretes, based on these condition, we have selected specific refractory concrete made in Czech Republic.

Linings are composed of two insulation and one working layers. Installation of these units was difficult to install from point of view of accuracy.
