Another Gasifier Successfully Completed and Ready for Delivery to France

TT DIS has successfully completed the production and preparation of another gasifier, which is now on its way to our customer in France. The project included the fabrication of the steel casing, installation of the refractory lining, controlled dry-out, and final preparation for transportation.

Project Highlights

• 55 tonnes of refractory lining
• 22 tonnes of steel casing
• More than 1,600 km of road transport to France
• Manufactured entirely in the Czech Republic

Due to the long transport distance, special attention was paid to protecting the equipment during shipment. As part of the transport packaging, we designed a dedicated zippered inspection opening, allowing the equipment to be inspected on site in France without removing the entire protective wrapping.
