At the end of February, a sudden collapse of the brick lining in a grate biomass boiler left no room for hesitation. Our customer reached out for an urgent service intervention, and in moments like this, both experience and preparedness make all the difference.

Luckily, we were ready. With all necessary materials in stock, we responded immediately and launched a fast-track repair. The new lining was installed using:

• Fireclay bricks

• Insulation layers

• Anchored lining

• Sol-gel concrete, allowing the boiler to return to operation as quickly as possible

Thanks to our team’s expertise and readiness, the damaged section was restored swiftly, and the equipment was back in full operation in record time.

This emergency intervention highlights the importance of not only having the right know-how but also the right materials, skilled personnel, and the ability to act without delay.
