Optimization of the Refractory Lining in the Fluidized Boiler Combustion Chamber in Přerov

Our projects often remain hidden inside industrial equipment. Yet without them, key technologies such as boilers and furnaces could not operate reliably.

In a recent project, we carried out modifications to the refractory lining of the combustion chamber in a fluidized boiler supplying heat to the city of Přerov. The goal was to reduce deposit formation and minimize the risk of unplanned shutdowns. Thanks to these improvements, the boiler now operates more stably and efficiently, which translates into more reliable heat supply for households and industrial customers alike.

Although this work is often “invisible,” its impact is clearly visible: reliable heat supply, improved efficiency, and greater energy stability.
