We’re currently working on the refractory lining of a combustion chamber for a modern drum drying technology using superheated steam. The combustion chamber serves for thermal oxidation of drying gases, significantly reducing VOCs, odours, and organic dust emissions.
The mixing chamber ensures homogeneous blending of flue gases and superheated steam, optimizing temperature distribution and drying efficiency.
The chamber is divided into five separate sections – each lined individually with heat-resistant materials. Once complete, the manufacturer assembles, welds, and dries the entire unit before it’s packed and shipped all the way to Argentina.
