Project Update: Refractory Lining Renewal Successfully Completed!

Last week, we shared insights into the challenges and progress of our refractory lining renewal for the vortex head (PCC) in a calcination channel. Today, we are pleased to announce that the installation phase is now complete!
The PCC ceiling was repaired using a single-layer gunning alkali-resistant castable, ensuring durability and resistance to operational stresses.
The radial and straight walls were carefully rebuilt with fireclay and insulating bricks.
With this successful execution, we have ensured that the renewed refractory lining will sustain at least five more years of reliable operation. Thanks to the expertise and precision of our team, the customer can now operate with confidence.
