Projects at the end of 2024

As 2024 draws to a close, we would like to reflect on some of the latest projects our team has worked on.

Here are a few highlights:

New Biomass Gasifier Lining in the Netherlands - Within nine working days, we installed nearly 15 tons of materials: refractory bricks, insulation boards, and Sol-Gel chemical refractory concrete.

Burner Muffle Repair for Wood Dust in the Czech Republic - To ensure the quickest possible restoration of our client’s operations, we applied Sol-Gel chemical refractory concrete using the dry gunning method. This enabled a fast and efficient repair, meeting standards for both quality and delivery time.

Preparations for Drying in Austria - We completed preparations for drying the refractory head and grate cooler. we built a temporary walls and roof to be able to dry out the lining and then to protect the lining from adverse weather conditions until mid-February. At that point, the kiln head and grate cooler will be moved to their final position under the rotary kiln.

These projects demonstrate our flexibility, technical expertise, and ability to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining the highest quality standards.
