Delivery of gasifier including refractory to France

We at Teplotechna DIS- refractory lining supplier are excited to share an update on our current project, which diverges from our usual scope of work in several ways. This time, we have not only provided the refractory brickwork but also offered our client a complete solution package. This encompasses the fabrication of the steel shell for the gasifier, static calculations, the refractory work, drying of the refractory, packaging into protective film for safe transportation, and managing oversized transport from the Czech Republic to France. Currently, we are in the process of assembling the biomass gasifier on site in France and installing it into its position in the boiler room. We are dealing with approximately 70 tons of brickwork and 30 tons of steel in total. This project once again proves that our teamwork and technical skills enable us to successfully address the most complex challenges.
